This customer had the block that mounts the garage door opener track to the wall fall off! The originally installed anchors failed. I installed 4 - 4" sleeve anchors in strategic locations to prevent that from ever happening again. I had to relieve the spring tension, Install the new block, Re-apply the spring tension and re-install the opener track.
